This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked or paid for through drsujeeth.com, our booking pages, payment links and the clinic reception, provided by Dr. Sujeeth’s Healthcare Private Limited (“we”, “us”). It should be read together with our Terms of Use & Medical Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

1. Services this policy covers

Surgery and hospital charges are billed by the hospital where the procedure is performed (Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills), not by us. Refunds of hospital charges are governed by the hospital’s own policy.

2. Consultations booked and paid online

• You may reschedule a paid consultation free of charge up to 2 hours before the appointment time, using the link in your confirmation message or by calling +91 99630 09090.
• You may cancel up to 2 hours before the appointment time for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are non-refundable. The fee may, at our discretion, be adjusted against a rebooked appointment within 14 days.
• If the doctor has to cancel (emergency surgery, illness), you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

3. Written opinions (India and international)

• The fee pays for the doctor’s professional time to review your records and write the opinion.
• If you cancel before you have submitted any records, you receive a full refund.
• Once records have been submitted and the review has started, the fee is non-refundable.
• If, on reviewing your records, the doctor concludes that a responsible written opinion is not possible without physical examination or further tests, we will tell you in writing and refund the fee in full. You may instead choose to apply it to an in-clinic consultation.
• The ₹500 Written Surgical Second Opinion is adjusted in full against an in-clinic consultation booked within 14 days of the opinion. This adjustment is not a refund and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Video review (international tier)

• The 20-minute video review is scheduled after your written opinion is sent. You may reschedule it once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• A missed video review without notice is not refunded. A second slot may be offered at our discretion.
• Connection problems on our side will always be rescheduled at no cost.

5. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method only (card, UPI, net banking or wallet used at checkout).
• Domestic (INR) refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
• International card refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and are made in the currency you were charged. We do not compensate for exchange-rate movements or for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
• Payment-gateway charges already deducted by Razorpay may not be recoverable and are not refunded where the cancellation is on your side.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@drsujeeth.com or WhatsApp +91 99630 09090 with your name, the booking or payment ID, and the reason. We acknowledge within one working day. Refunds are approved by the clinic manager under the rules above.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a decision, write to support@drsujeeth.com marked “Refund dispute”. We will respond within 7 working days. This policy is governed by the laws of India and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
